Adobe, IBM & Red Hat Partner To Enable Personalized Customer Experiences

Adobe, IBM and enterprise solution provider Red Hat have partnered to enable businesses to deliver personalized customer experiences to their buyers, accelerating digital transformations and strengthening real-time data security.

The partnership intends to provide:

  • Deployment flexibility within a Hybrid Cloud that allows businesses to use Adobe’s Experience Cloud solution within Red Hat’s Openshift platform to manage and deliver their content from multiple public clouds. IBM aims to provide their data on the platform of a business’ choosing;
  • Adobe Enabled For Financial Services, which combines Adobe’s Experience Cloud with IBM’s Cloud For Financial Services to provide finance professionals with Adobe’s CX solutions to streamline personalization; and
  • Adobe and IBM services by integrating IBM support offerings for its clientele across all of Adobe’s enterprise apps. The integration aims to help accelerate how businesses use IBM’s data to design, scale and implement customer experiences.

The companies hope that by helping businesses deliver secure, meaningful customer experiences at any stage in the buyer’s journey, marketers can drive more revenue, improve buyer engagement and increase their customer retention rates.
