InsideView Launches Integration With Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adds New Features

Published: October 12, 2016

InsideView announced it has launched a Microsoft-branded version of its market intelligence platform that enables sales reps to locate and leverage data, insights and connections within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The new version of the platform, Insights 4.0, also includes a Discovery Center, where users can search its database of more than 12 million companies and add them to their CRM.

Other new features include:

  • Advanced filtering capabilities to easily find and import the right contacts into CRM;
  • Custom field mapping to allow Insights data to easily integrate with company and contact records in Microsoft Dynamics 365;
  • Social feed suppression to enable/disable social media integration; and
  • Social media stream customization to tailor the individual user experience.

“Microsoft is the only major CRM provider to embed external customer data, millions of key contacts, and timely, actionable insights within CRM at no additional cost,” said Heidi Tucker, VP of Global Alliances at InsideView, in a statement. “Buyers expect salespeople to be relevant, understand their business issues, and come prepared with meaningful solutions. Microsoft Dynamics 365 subscribers get that advantage included with their CRM Online license. All they have to do is turn it on. And now, it’s even easier with Insights 4.0.”
