Invoca, a conversation intelligence platform, released Lost Sales Recovery, a new solution designed to spot missed sales conversion opportunities when high-intent callers fail to reach a live agent. Additionally, the technology seeks to assist multi-location and franchise businesses by identifying lost opportunities across every location, region and line of business.
The release comes at a time where Invoca research revealed that 26% of calls from potential customers go unanswered across all industries, and only 2% of those callers leave voicemails.
