Loop & Tie Launches Salesforce App To Enhance Customer Gifting Experience

Loop & Tie, a choice-based gifting platform, released an app that enables its users to leverage Salesforce as their home base for managing customer relationships and outreach through gifting.

The company seeks to deliver an individualized gifting platform that helps businesses engage buyers on a personal level and builds meaningful customer relationships. Users can also map their businesses’ needs for scalability and tracking, then leverage that customer data to improve their campaigns’ efficiency.

Loop & Tie provides a marketplace of more than 500 small businesses for users to shop and curate gift collections to send to customers. Recipients can then select their favorite item from the collection for themselves or choose to donate its value to charity.
