New Outreach, Microsoft Collaboration Aims To Increase Sales Productivity

Published: March 6, 2020

Sales engagement platform and unicorn startup Outreach has launched a new integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

The integration positions users to leverage Outreach while syncing data with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, allowing them to automate administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date and accurate data across both systems.

“We are excited to get this integration into the market,” said Manny Medina, Outreach Co-Founder and CEO, in a statement. “Microsoft software and services are the foundation for many thriving companies and we’ve consistently heard from prospects that they rely on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as their CRM provider. Sales teams succeed when they use trusted and powerful technologies to make their sales process more efficient. The combination of Outreach and Dynamics 365 Sales provides an opportunity for customers to experience immediate productivity and to fundamentally change how reps engage with their customers.”

Outreach also launched an integration with Microsoft Outlook designed to help reps pull content from templates, track opens, clicks and more.
