PROS Appoints First Chief Customer Officer

simonicPROS, an AI-powered digital selling solution, hired Martin Simoncic as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In his new role, Simoncic will drive end-to-end customer engagement and platform adoption, and provide customer success and support, professional services, training and enablement on a global basis.

Simoncic has more than 11 years working at PROS in several roles, helping the company improve its global B2B professional services teams and driving product strategy forward to a SaaS model. He rejoins the company after serving as VP of Customer Success and Professional Services at Vertafore. Simoncic is also an adjunct professor at the Rice University Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business.
