The Mx Group Unveils Solution To Help Marketers Maximize Marketing Automation

TheMxGroup JourneyMapDigital and demand generation firm The Mx Group announced the debut of JourneyMax, a strategy, content and campaign solution to help B2B marketers make the most of their Marketo Engagement Marketing Platform, as well as other marketing automation platforms.

The JourneyMax offering includes program strategy, content creation and campaign management, but clients can choose only the services they require, such as:

  • MAP database assessment;
  • MAP website setup;
  • Scoring model development;
  • Journey stream design and mapping;
  • Journey asset creation;
  • Attribution and reporting setup;
  • Campaign configuration and setup; and
  • Campaign execution.

The solution is intended to help B2B marketers who struggle to completely utilize the capabilities of their automation solutions, said Tim Cook, VP of Client Services and Partner at The Mx Group. He added that research from SiriusDecisions shows that 85% of marketers feel like they’re not using automation to its fullest potential.

“Marketing automation gives B2B marketers new and powerful ways to engage with their audiences; however, there’s more in-house teams can do to make use of the full potential of the platform,” Cook explained. “The most common symptoms of this include using Marketo primarily for batch and blast emails, an inability to target different segments, failing to link journeys to behaviors or data triggers and a lack of data for better decision-making.
