Vidyard Adds New Personalized Audio And Messaging Capabilities To Video Platform

Vidyard, a video marketing platform, has updated its personalized video solution to support audio and real-time personalization designed to help marketers drive engagement and generate higher lead conversion rates.

The new capabilities position Vidyard users to add personal information, such as a customer’s name, company and industry, to campaign audio or visuals. In addition, Vidyard added a new analytics and reporting package as part of its Salesforce integration, which provides data to help marketing and sales teams track ROI, identify which campaigns are working and use this information to optimize results. The package includes dashboards for both sales and marketing.

Vidyard also has enhanced GoVideo, the company’s video messaging app formerly known as ViewedIt. The updates intend to help users easily share screen-capture videos and one-to-one video messages. In addition, GoVideo now includes native integration with Outlook and Zendesk, and offline video capture has been improved so that users can continue recording in spite of Wi-Fi interruptions.
