ZoomInfo Unveils Updates To Its ReachOut Offering, HubSpot Integration

ZoomInfo, the B2B account and contact database platform, unveiled enhancements to its ReachOut offering, as well as a new integration with HubSpot. Announced at the 2018 Growth Acceleration Summit held in Boston June 18-20, the new updates and integration position ZoomInfo customers to leverage account and contact data on a regular basis to increase productivity and profitability.

ReachOut 2.0 brings updates to the company’s Google Chrome plug-in designed to streamline B2B sales prospecting. The updated extension aims to give users access to ZoomInfo’s contact and account data on any webpage that they are on and simplify the process of exporting that data into CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.

The integration with HubSpot is designed to decrease the opportunity for human error by enabling ZoomInfo customers to import contact and account data into their HubSpot CRM with a single click. ZoomInfo Complete, the company’s data enrichment and append tool, can also be integrated into HubSpot’s CRM, enabling users to append records as they are entered into the system.

“If you combine your own intelligence with Big Data, you create for yourself a crystal ball that gives you the ability to focus your attention on the most important things that need to get done,” said Yonatan Stern, Founder, CEO and Chief Scientist of ZoomInfo, during the opening keynote at the event. “When you focus, it doesn’t cost you more money, but you can increase productivity and profitability.”

ZoomInfo also announced the launch of ZoomInfo University, a certification program that aims to help educate its customers on how to maximize the use of its products and services.
